I LOVE to grill. And summer is the perfect time to make one of my favorites: Grilled Bruschetta Chicken. I highly recommend it and it’s perfect for a crowd. I like to serve it on top of spaghetti.

I’ve missed your blog 🙂 we LOVE grilled bruschetta chicken! we use about 37 times as much tomatoes and cheese, though, so that you basically can’t see the chicken under all the tomatoes!
